- Q:  Who pays for services?

A:  We bill Medicare Part B (outpatient) for services as well as your secondary insurance (if you have one). Your services may be covered 100% or there may be a cost associated with services. Services are billed under Occupational Therapy (OT) services. Your coverage will be reviewed prior to any visits. You are responsible for any charge that is not covered by your insurance.

 - Q: Can I see you if I am working with other therapists?

A: Medicare will not pay for services if you are receiving outpatient OT with another provider at the same time. They will also not cover services if you are receiving Home Health or Hospice services.

- Q:  How many times will you see me?

A:  Each plan is individualized to meet your goals. Some clients benefit from a few visits (if their needs are lower) and some clients benefit from 10 or more sessions.

- Q:  Can my family member be present during sessions?

A: Absolutely, family members are welcome to participate as long as you give them permission.
